It can be done but good luck. You would need a good wiring diagram that shows pin locations and numbers and what makes testing tricky is you don't know the test values. The window motor isn't powered by the switch, the switch commands a control unit to power the motor. So when the switch is in the up position it may send a 200ohm load on the circuit and down may send a 100ohm signal. This data is converted to a digital signal sent from the drivers door to all the control units but only picked up by the rear door and then converted to power the window.

A tech at the dealer would read the switch data with a role around tester or just remove a switch from another like vehicle and try it.

If the window works from the rear door then go to your local pick a part and find a drivers door switch for about $5 and give it a try. They will refund with store credit if it doesn't work. Remember to function test the used switch for all the windows, you may have to try another one. Denny

You are showing the driver's control panel. Is that what's not working?

The passenger rear switch input pins are:
1 GY (gray) up signal to/from driver/body control module (BCM)
2 GY/WH output to regulator motor
4 DG down signal to/from driver/body control module (BCM)
5 DG/WH down output to regulator motor

In the normal (not operated in either direction) position the signal from the driver goes to the regulator motor.

(The other pins deal with the light.)

The switch at the passenger rear door when activated appears to connect the signal to/from from the driver to ground.

There are 6 pages in my 2000 GC Laredo for diagnosing the power windows, and a LOT of text on all but the last page. Most require a DRB scan tool.
