Default 2013 grand Cherokee limited grinding when accelerating

My 13’ grand cherokee works and sounds fine up until about 45-50 mph. After that if I am driving and only slightly put my foot on the accelerator to just keep up speed on the highway etc., it has a slight grinding noise coming from underneath the car. But if I gas it the grinding noise goes away. Only happens when I’m over about 45 or so.

Check your drive lines
On my WJ the front line both give up and after some time and dirt it was making noise
Changed the CV and its back to normal

Also have a look at you transfer case oil level,

Keep me posted
