Does anyone know of any Denver area 4wd clubs. My wife, daughter and myself are interested in joining one. Any ideas?

There are several clubs listed on the NAGCA web site. I have not joined any as yet because I am looking more for a family type club that does go a little farther than cook outs in the woods but not so far as extreme rock crawling. Kind of hard to find the between with out calling around I guess. Keith

Really depends on what you want to do. See I'm down for just going into the woods to hike or camp or cookout, but then I also want to use my jeep for some pretty gnarly stuff. There's a pretty wide range. The CU 4wheel drive club wheels pretty much every week and there are a lot of stockers in the club then there's guys with 35's locker front and rear...we run trails for everyone. Even if you don't go to CU anyone can come on a run, ya just can't be in the club!

Keith,

Same here with us. I have loooked around and sent some emails but havent heard back from any of them. When the weather gets better feel free to email me when you want to go. My wife is always up for it. My daughter is only 10 months old but still like the bumpy roads.

Kids are great that way. I have 3 a daughter that is 3 a son 5 and another son 9. We usually go up a couple times a month and even in the winter we try once a month. With Feb and March coming we will probably wait til April now. I will email you. Colorado just has too many great places to go to not enjoy them no matter what your fancy. Keith
