i just bought my wife a 98 limited 5.9 last monday and decided to take it to the races saturday night and she got my 94 grand with a 5.2 for the day and totaled it.

i am looking at a 97 Tsi Grand Cherokee with a 5.2 with 83,000 miles on it for 8,000. is this a good price for one of these?

At least she didn't smash the 5.9!

How much did you pay for it anyway?

I got mine with 80K for $8600 on ebay. I have already doubled the price with upgrades!! Oh well. Good luck finding another one.

8K seems a little steep

check it out on kelly blue book. That site can tell you if its a good deal or not. This is what I can tell you now. Tsi package includes high performance exaust, AWD and a purple line dow nthe side. Suprisingly enough the Tsi was supposed to be a turbo package but AMC never added the turbo to the ZJ Tsi plans so it was never installed. Tsi's kick *ss. Although I question 8 grand BC the ZJ did go through 2 1/2 model changed (zj to wj and wj to the wj with that different bumper in the front).

The Tsi's have regular exhaust and have the same t/c options as the other ZJ's. They come in V8 and I6.
The only differences are: nice leather seating option, different wheels, different cladding with the purple stripe and TSi badging
