how much lift do you think this jeep has? they say its running 265/70/16 tires.

it might be just me but i think that is a rough country 4"... or something equal. the reason i say this is i just installed a 4" on my buddy's WJ a week ago, looks about the same height

I just ask the dealership to check the shocks for a name. if it is rough country what should I check when I look at the jeep?

Just check the hub to fender measurement. Stock ZJ is 18", UC would be around 19" depending on the sagging of the springs.
