Rear upper adjustables from RE. Will fit TJ or ZJ. RE Part Number 3783.

I just rebuilt the johnny joints in them less than 2K ago. One of the arms has had the grease zerk snapped off at some point. Put a new zerk in and you are good to go. Should cost you about $1. Rubber bushings are OK so far as I can tell.

Will ship, would like to see $120 shipped. RE sells them for $200 plus shipping when they are new.
