Default Cross member bolts and welded frame nuts

I was getting ready to do my TC drop and noticed one of the cross member bolts was loose, when i tried to tighten the bolt, it was obvious why it was loose, the nut on the inside on the uni body is turning. Is there any fixes other than drilling a hole in the floor just above this nut to remove the nut and install the new bolt and a nut? The other 3 nuts stayed in position and I was able to retract the bolt with out any issues. Need advice!!!

I had all those removed with a plazma and then welded in nutserts after I broke off a bolt in one.

I'm running a 4.75" lift, alright, I might not need the t.c. drop kit but what about only having 3 bolts that will snug up on the cross member and the other one in place but won't tighten. It's obvious the Jeep has been running like this for awhile so I guess I'll run it until I can get to a shop that can cut them out with a plasma cutter and weld new nuts in place, Thanks for the suggestions

when you say you have no vide issues, do you mean just no wobbling. Cause my jeep is at 5 and it doesn't wobble or anything but at certain speeds especially right after start and around 60 and above, the jeep does make vibration sounds and the dash makes it's crackle/vide sounds but nothing seems like it's actually going wrong, it just seems a little rough. Is this bad or no?
