Assuming that the 95 is the same as my 94 Laredo.

There are 3 screws that need to be removed;
1 each at the door pull
1 each at the lower back of the door panel
1 each at the door release handle, under a round push in cover. Use a small flat tip screw driver to pop the cover off.

From this point there are many push in type "clips" (don't know if that is the wright name) that hold the panel in place. I start at the bottom as the panel will have to be lifted off the top edge. There is a tool that slides between the door and the panel so that the force of prying the panel of the door is put on the fastener and not the panel. I haven't had any trouble removing my door panels without the tool.

Just take it slow and pop them off one at a time and you should be fine.

Good luck
