Got a front one going out. Best price I have found so far is from local parts store for 145 bucks! Is there a cheaper place to get these things. This realy sucks.
Also, anybody know the procedure for adjusting the slack out of the steering gears on these things?

yeah, $145 is about what I paid at Pep Boys and AutoZone gave me about the same price. Then, after doing the job of course, I found them cheaper at Advance Auto Parts--they had 'em for $109. I also saw some posts at JU for online retailers selling them for like $125 or $130, and I even came across one on e-bay for like $75.

So if you have Advance Auto Parts around--or look for them online--you will probably do well.

Have fun.
