: What to look for when buying nwsurfrider 04-03-2002, 12:14 PM Hey everybody, new to the board (and Jeeps) and have been looking for a early used Grand (or XJ). Was wondering what advice anybody can give as I go about my search (what to look for, things to shy away from, etc). I have had so many expieriences in my short wheeling career trying to pull my fargen ZJ out of the mud, then realizeing that there are absolutely no tow points on the darnn rig at all!!!!(or at least none that i could find...Make sure you get one with class 3 hitch or at lesat a rear hook, and front hook!!!! Also go to the For sale page on this site, there are a few jeep for sale that i would buy if i had like $10,000 more dollars in my pocket!!!!!lol Good luck Joanthan | |
