I just bought a 99 WJ 4.0L and am looking to get more power out of it. I've read a few threads about Kolak's exhaust and it looks good, but I'm looking for opinions about Dynomax's super turbo system. The price is right at $153.00 for a cat back. I already have a cold air intake, so exhaust is next. Thanks.

I have it on my 93 ZJ with the 5.2 I love it. I installed it in about 30minutes (at most) and after the glass packing burns a bit, it has a real mean sound. I definitely could feel less backpressure over the OEM spec muffler/exhaust pipe.

i've had mine for a year and a half now....excellent..still make heads turn on the streets... :D i bought mine from quadratec for $139....the whole cat back kit....the only draw back is that i've started to notice rusts on the seams...i guess it's to be expected....performance wise it's ="AWESOME" :smile:

Well my wife bought me the Super Turbo kit for Christmas from Quadratec. I can't wait to get it on. I also made a nice cold air kit using parts from the intake I had on my old Honda Accord. It came out real nice. That and the exhaust should keep me happy for a while.

I wanted this same exhaust but upon calling 4WD Hardware they told me the tailpipe exits on the passenger side :( and I want it straight out the back like how my stock system is...

So my question is for you guys that have the Dynomax: does it exit on the side or straight back or did you fab it to be straight back???

I bought the turbo cat back a few months ago. So far i love it. jsut look around a bit for pricing. I picked mine up for $90 at www.4wd.com
