I`ve installed one of those dash kits on the ZJ, since there are not many pictures of them I`m posting this one just in case anyone is thinking about buying one.

The kit looks good but I don't ever remember seeing a brown interier before. Guess they had quite a few choices in 93.

I agree, if I wanted wood grain dash I would have bought an escalade. But to each his own!

No problem, it`s a matter of taste, I kind of like wood interiors and I`ve seen this ZJ a lot ,since my late father had it from brand new and now I do...(it has only 70K miles) so a little facelift was fun,and I can always take it off if I get bored of it.
I couldn`t find a picture of an installed kit on a ZJ on the net,so as I said ,this one could be usefull for those who would like to know how it will look before buying it,I got it on ebay, they had many colors, this one is called "Ligt Burl Wood" ,I think it costed me around 80 bucks plus S & H..

That's a DRIFTWOOD interior (Grayish/Tan). 93-95. Used with Driftwood (Pearl Silver/Gray), Chargold, White, Black exteriors.

There is actually a better kit to use. If you're using metra kits, the kit number is 99-6000 for the better one. It has rounded corners and a little pocket underneath. the pocket is good for nothing really, but it looks better than the 99-6700 kit and is usually a little more stable once mounted.
