http://rustysoffroad.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=rustys&Product_Code=RK-250B-WJ&Category_Code=wj_kits

......the only thing that i wish they threw in was new bolts for the front lower shock mounts..

This is my version of the install/guide if you have any question please let me know i will answer them to the best of my ability this install was done more or less Shade Tree mechanic style...In this install i didn't use a spring compressor to get the old springs out or the new ones in it just made more sence to me to drop the suspension and slide it in to place.....all these pics are after the install but the concept is just the same..

Things you will need:

15mm deep socket- rear shocks and sway bar, and front upper shock mount
12mm deep socket-front lower shocks
air gun/ air wrench
two jack stands
hydraulic jack
a friend and about 2 hours of time...

Front END

1. well i tried using a regular wratchet and 15mm deep socket but the shaft of the shocks would turn as i turn so using a in impact gun to loosen the upper shock mounts did the trick...

2. put your parking brake and chock your rear wheels. Lift the front end of the jeep high enough to allow your front axle to drop and place the jack stands on the uniframe just behind your front LCA and take off your front tires..

3. After the stands are placed and your jeep is resting on them slowly lower the front axle with the jack your stock springs and shocks should drop down....

4. remove the springs and remove the lower 12mm bolts on the bottom of the shocks
(***NOTE***the kit dosen't come with new hardware for this so i just reused these)

5. SPRINGS- after placing the first spring to get the other side in place the jack under the installed spring and compress it to drop the other side and install your other spring... i had to have my cousin stand on the axle so i could squeeze the spring in....USE CAUTION!! (***NOTE*** i didn't place the springs in both sides in because i didn't want to put too much pressure on the axle tube)

6. lower the jack enough so the axle is a bit more even and install your new schocks, i installed the lowers first on both sides and slowly raised the axle up with my cousin guiding the upper shock pins into the engine compartment...once there both in put your tires back on raise the front end up enough to take out the jack stands...lower the front and the last step is to tighten your upper shock mounts in the engine compartment..515mm deep socket

REAR

1. chock your front wheels and engage your TC to lock the front end lift the rear of your jeep and place the jack stands just in front of your RLCA on the uniframe. and take off the rear tires.

2. the upper and lower shock bolt is 15mm, once the shocks are you the only thing that holds your rear axle from dropping down is your RSB

3. the easiest way to get the rear springs out that i seen was to unbolt the rear SB at the frame rail there are two 15mm bolts holding it on on each side...
http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/jeep/001-3.jpg (http://s51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/jeep/?action=view&current=001-3.jpg)

4. once those are off use the jack to lower the rear axle and take out the old springs put the new one in and raise the rear axle and Retighten the SB mounts

5. put your shocks on and tigheten them down (***NOTE*** the upper shock has a little play in it and will thump back and forth if you dont take up the space, use some washers to take up the space or do what i did and just tighten it down the metal will bend [smilie=bal_cool.gif]

6. put your tires back on and remove your jack stands and lower it and your ready to go....remember your in 4 wheel drive...

So im running Nitto Terra Grapplers 265/75/R16 which come out to a 31.6x10.4 so we'll round this up to a 32x10.5...Now the stock 245/70 was a 29.5x9.6...the tire tucked great with no trimming if you were to go with a 245/75 you would be at a 31" tire instead of a 30" and that 1" will make a difference in rubbing the rear when compressed..

So with this lift and 32" tire size i have a little rubbing on the front bumper when i turn and rear bumper only when the tire is fully compressed...
I aslo stayed with the stock TB and everything seems to be ok except i do get a little rubbing on the passenger tire inner wheel well at full turn to the right so the Adj. TB would more than likley remedy this situation...

what you'll need to take off the front bumper...(****NOTE***04 models differ)

10mm socket
phillips screw driver

1. inside the front wheel wells there is one 10mm bolt on each side that is attached to the bumper...you might have move your plastic fenders out of the way... if your WJ if equipped with fog lights you will need to unplug the wires or bulb, i just pulled the bulb it was easier...

http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/jeep/004.jpg (http://s51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/jeep/?action=view&current=004.jpg)
2. now on top there are 6 screws that you need to get to that attach the front grill....3 that are under the lip of the hood so you need to pop you hood and 3 more that are located on the front of your grill..

http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/jeep/002.jpg (http://s51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/jeep/?action=view&current=002.jpg)

3. once thoughs are off your front bumper should just pull right off..
http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/Jeep017.jpg (http://s51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/?action=view&current=Jeep017.jpg)
http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/Jeep018.jpg (http://s51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/?action=view&current=Jeep018.jpg)
http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/Jeep019.jpg (http://s51.photobucket.com/albums/f356/Sport6x6/?action=view&current=Jeep019.jpg)

4. you can use a varity of things to trim your bumper but easiest for my was a sawzall. i just marked where i wanted cut and i also taped off to help me see better...i only cut so i could still utilize all the front plugs that hold the fender inside to protect the fog light...

5. for the rear when tire is compressed there is a platic piece that it rubs and i just removed it the tire may rub the rear bumper just a bit but not enough to hurt it any...
