Hey, I am new to the forums and just bought my 5.9L about 2 weeks ago. I am lifting it and was about to buy JKS front sway bar disconnects, but found a budget route instead.

I found instructions to make quick disconnects out of my stock connection links. The custom job works perfectly, but the only problem is that the ZJ does not have as much under the body, as the XJ, to move the sway up and strap it. Any suggestions on how i can fold the stock connections links to get them out of the way. I can probide pics if it helps anyone. Some good ideas would help a lot.

I know somebody mounted eye bolts into the air box and battery box locations and bungied to there.

Did that give enough clearence for everything?

From what I hear they work fine...I'll be trying it soon.

sweet I would really like to know how to do the custom front disco's. I installed a 3.5'' lift and have everything I need but still running my stock sway bar links. Id like to see some pics if you can get some. [smilie=bal_cool.gif]
