I took my first step towards making a sweet jeep. I don't know why, but that first step was putting on wheel spacers from Rocky Road Outfitters. I thought a wider stance would benefit me on and off road, as well as give my baby a pretty aggressive look. :-x They got here and I got to work. They were way easy to install. Little did I know that they would creat massive rubbing on the fenders, which were already cut previously. I could barely turn! So many hours of cutting and sanding followed the "easy" install. So anyone thinking of doing this.... make sure you've got lots of clearance. Plus they are anodized blue, I had no idea what color they'd be. I think they look pretty cool. And I am definately pleased with the aggressive look the jeep has now. And she handles fine on and off road. I've still got to trim some more off, but for now its fine.

The jeep was already lifted when I bought it, so I don't know the backspacing on the wheels. No idea. The spacers were $140 a pair, plus tax and shipping.... so for the whole thing it was $310-ish.

The spacers look just like the ones from Spidertrax. I have them on my WJ. You can get them the cheapest at the dealer website @ Spidertrax.com. for $100 a pair.

Now you get to learn about the laws regulating tires out of the fender wells [smilie=bal_gudl.gif]

Why not spend the $ on wheels that suit your backspace desires [smilie=bal_ask.gif]

really nice looking rig. I have a ton of questions for you actually.
1. Are those 32x12.50s bfgs?
2. I know you said you dont know, but it would be helpful to me to know what the backspacing on your rims are without the spacers. Im hoping to put spacers on my stock rims.
3. How wide are the spacers? look like 1.25"-1.5" spacers?

The tires are 32 x 11.50 BFG A/T
The spacers are 1 1/4" on each side, so 2.5" total. And it is true, I found them cheaper on Spidertrax.com. Kind of disappointing.
